If you are looking for a trouble free accommodation with full hands-on 24 hour maintenance and management; or if you feel that currently your Landlord or Agent do not do the things they should, you are at the right place, just give us a call and we will be happy to help with any current tenancy issues for FREE
Our lettings team are hands on and strive to deal with issues immediately; in fact we guarantee that if during our tenancy if an issue has not been addressed appropriately within 24-48 hours (depending on priority) we will pay you £100
If you are already with another agent and not very happy and within 2 months of the tenancy ending, we will be happy to pay you £250 if you let us exclusively to find you an alternative suitable property; or deal with your tenancy application if you found one already and haven't made any contact yet

Whatever the reason you are looking to sell, we are happy to offer you a FREE market valuation with no ties attached.
If you choose to instruct us we are confident to offer you the most competitive rate locally and set realistic targets that meet your expectations and requirements. if we fail to meet these targets, you will be free to review them, invite one of your liking to join the sale or go with another agency at no extra fee or penalty
